Lichen Amyloidosis

For more than 10 years I'm having a skin damage and dermetalogists in my country can not give it a name. They say that is an uncured skin disease. It ia dark and itching patches in limbs, back side of lower neck and forehead. Seaching through the net I have found  pictures similar to my disease which is called Lichen Amyloidosis. Is there no cure for this and will I have to live with this until I die? Due to my poor financial backgrounds, I am not in a condition to spend more money for medicine. Please help me.
