Little Red Bumps

I really don't know what it is, I have had them now for about 2 months.  Little red bumps that start below my belly button and go all the way down to my penis, but do not continue on from there.  Once in a while they ichy, but most of the time, it looks like my stomach is going through puberty.  Some of them have little white heads, most don't.  They also seem to form very close to each other in lines almost.  If anybody has an idea, please let me know.  It is making me very self consious and I want to clear it up.  Thank you in advance.

I think I may have the same thing. Little red bumps below the belly button that don't always itch just sometimes and seem to start out small and get bigger and seem to be spreading. I've had it for about 3-4 months and saw one doctor (not a dermatologist) and gave me some Methylprednisolone ( a steroide) that seemed to help I think. But once off it they seemed to get bigger.

I would also like to know what they are and how to cure
