Hi

I understand your concern here. However, at this point, I do not think this is skin cancer. This may be insect bites or this may be folliculitis. Do they appear to involve the hair follicles. Other differentials may be a skin infection which may be viral or bacterial in origin. Have this assessed by your doctor. This may not be something which requires urgent intervention however you may need topical medications to relieve the redness and swelling.

Hi

How old are you?

For how long were these red spots present?

If these have been present for quite sometime already and there are no notable changes in size, appearance and character then there may no need for further evaluation. However, if associated symptoms are present like headaches, joint pains, abdominal pain and fever, then you may need to have this assessed immediately.

To allay your fears and concerns you may have this assessed by your physician. This may not be infections. This may be vascular but it has been present for quite some time already.
