Little brown spot on penis head

I have a little brown spot on my penis head that Ive noticed getting slowly but surely bigger, any idea what it could be? doesnt stick out from the skin, maybe fungus? havent had sex so cant be an STD

Hi,
Do you have any other symptoms? Is the spot itchy or painful? I suggest you get yourself evaluated by a physician or skin specialist as convenient.

thats the thing, there is no symptoms, no itchiness, and no painfulness.
