Little bumps on my lips

ok i have very small bumps on my lips not really notciable but i can feel them every time i touch or rub my lips together. their mostly on my bottom lip but some are on the top. thier on the corner of my lips and on the top lip thier near the center. They come and go very often. and they feel like dry skin i heard of Fordyce's condition but these arent really white. but they have most the symptoms. i know there not coldsores but i just hope there not something to serious!

The symptoms are suggestive of Fordyce spots of the lips. They are small yellowish-white granules on the inner surface and border of the lips.
Treatment of Fordyce spots includes CO2 laser or electro desiccation, TCA chemical peels(temporary treatment),diathermy or laser vaporization. They should be got removed only for cosmetic reasons as they are normally found on the penis. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
