Little open red bumps on forearms

Hello,

I'm doing to try my best to describe this: on my inner forearms, I have these raised, light red bumps with a dark red dot on each one....sort of like when you scratch a mosquito bite until the red dot appears. They are not itchy, just look really annoying and are only on my inner forearms to my inner wrist. I do hope it isn't serious. If anyone can provide any insight, it would be extremely appreciated.

From the symptoms it can be folliculitis, lichen myxadematosis polymorphous light eruption or popular urticaria. To confirm the diagnosis you need to get an evaluation done by a dermatologist.
