Little pimple like spot on the side of my lip after I had a fever blister

I had a sever fever blister back in Feb. and it left little pimple like bumps on the side of my lip that are still present there today.  I have tested positive for HSV 1 and  wanted to know could that be little herpes bumps that are left and will not ever go away.  I tested negative for HSV 2 which is, if I am not mistaking, genital warts right?  Is there anything that can make these little spots, bumps or what ever they are called go away.  Also the break out left a scare on on my lip where the little pimple like spot are at now.  Is there anything that I can use to help my skin to go back to its natual color instead of appearing red?

Herpes spots don't stay around.  Positive blood tests for HSV-1 don't mean anything other than that you once had a cold sore.  Your oral cold sore has nothing to do with genital herpes.  The spots you're seeing are probably sebaceous (oil) glands.  These are normal, so you're most likely worrying about nothing.  Please show these to a doctor so you can stop worrying.

Best.
