Little white bumps on my lips

I have had these little white bummps on almost all of my upper lips and on the corner of my lips where they both meet... I was kissing a girl a couple of days ago, she doesn't have herpes and i know i don't. i don't think it is herpes but i'm freaking out a little bit... i've been reading up on cold sores and lip infections. no of them seem to be what i have. The symptoms are white little bumps like i said, ichy, lips almost feel dry, and there is what almost looks like dead skin on the corner of my lips, really white area. This doesn't seem to be getting better, keep in mind i've only had them/ noticed them almost 3 days ago. I've narrowed out that its almost impossible for me to have herpes; but i'd like someone eles opion.i have also been putting patroleum jelly ie vasaline on my lips alot, i've been taking tylenol for the iching which both seem to help... I've been drinking lots of water and i've been staying away from salty and citrusy food... does anyone have any idea whats happening to me and how i can healit or mabey speed up the healing process?

oh ok ... well the white spots are slowly going away ... i can actually notice them and the angular chelitis have been there for a while and a no longer cuts they are just little bumps that will probally be gone in a couple more days... I've definatly had them before ... so i wasn't too worried about them...  but hey, thanks ... i just have to get on my acne problem and i'm all good

These look like angular chelitis eminently treatable.Take a course of becousles 1 day for 10 days.I am sure by now it has settled down.Ext application of canesten may help if there is a monilial component.

Kissing any girl will not disturb a fordycee spot lucky guy.

Is this a one time only thing like chicken pocks or will this reappear again after kissing the girl again?

Just do nothing, they may remain, or have been with you unobserved since quite sometime. These are normal glands.
