Looking for advice

Hi was wondering if anyone can help my 5 year old has a scab at the bottom of her back that won't heal been over a month now she will not let us put cream on it & she is always picking it she has no other scabs but has a round patch of dry skin on her inside thigh anyone got any ideas my wife says I'm paranoid I'm just concerned

From the symptoms it can be dermatitis skin, contact dermatitis or nummular eczema. Nummular eczema also presents as itchy, red, dry circular lesions.
If the symptoms are severe then please get an evaluation done from a dermatologist because it is better to confirm a diagnosis rather than try medications.
