Apologies, the pictures appear to have been removed again, I have tried to more sites with 3 fairly clear pictures, so if you could try either of these two sites it would be much appreciated:

Also, following urination this morning I had a bit of cloudy discharge, and throughout the day I have noticed a residue of something when I go for any further urination, so there probably is something causing this, but I have had no sores or blisters, the inflammation on the right side has gone since taking those pictures, and the inflammation on the glans appears to be the normal bumps on the head, but just red and inflamed. Any advice would be great, as I have already had a swab taken last week to test for everything but herpes and they said if they didnt get back to me within 2-3 weeks that everything was normal.
Hi again Dr Rockoff, do not worry about the previous posts I have made, as i am sure they were nothing serious and possibly due to anxiety. I have just returned from holiday, before I left i visited an std clinic, where I had any abnormalities checked out and I was told nothing looked to be anything serious, I then had a swab taken, followed by a blood test for HIV/syphillis (probably not necessary). I showed them a rash I had in my right groin fold, for which they gave me daktakort cream.
When I was on holiday, the tingling that has been present on/off for past 17 days still remained, and I was drinking a lot, but when I wasnt, I would feel a very slight stinging sensation in the head of my penis every so often, not last anymore than a second or two. I woke up this morning to see a noticable rash on the glans of my penis, and two smaller rashes on my foreskin just below the head.
The glans has seemed slighly inflamed before at various points over the past number of months, but not as noticable as today. I should add that I have been checking my penis fairly regularly recently, but I do not specifically wash under foreskin when i shower, is it possible it could simply be due to a fungal infection or irritation from checking constantly?
I asked about herpes testing at the clinic but they said they could not do any testing unless there were blisters or ulcers.
Could you possibly check out some photos again and see if it is anything serious? They are at the same address: http://s282.photobucket.com/albums/kk248/nufc_album/
Thank you again Dr
Ps. they look similar to this case in the following link:

Same type of position and everything, however the area now appears red after trying to check if they are blisters, again they do not seem to burst and have not seen any fluid after 9 days, is this anything to worry about? Thanks again
ok, thank you for your reply, i have begun panicking even more, as i still have the tingling that feels generally towards the top of the penis. i also have a couple of clusters of flesh colour bumps at the top of my penis, sort of just as the foreskin folds over. they are very tiny (covering about 2.5-3 cms squared, with at least 20-30), they are too tiny to try and burst tho. when touching them they do not hurt though i cannot tell if they are blisters or not, i was starting to believe herpes was not a possibility until i looked at them again.
i noticed them 8 days ago, if they started to form 8 days ago would they have become noticable painful blisters by now? or would they have changed much? i woke up last sunday with tingling and noticed them.
i am hopefully getting access to a clinic tomorrow morning but looking for reassurance until then, would tingling occur for approx 8 days straight during a primary outbreak?
Your photos were not visible, because Photobucket said they "violated their terms of use."
I agree with Dr. Handsfield. Your symptoms and signs do not suggest herpes. They sound like normal penis variants plus anxiety. Perhaps another visit to the clinic for more reassurance may help. At some point you may want to accept it.
Best.
Dr. Rockoff
