Loss of pigment

I lost pigment on my face due to laser hair removal. I heard that you can have pigment tattooed into sin by a surgeon.  Where would I find a surgeon who can do that?

Micropigmentation or tattooing is a procedure that involves implanting pigment into the skin with a special surgical instrument. One challenge for doctors doing this that there is difficulty for some doctors to match perfectly the color of the skin of the surrounding area. The tattooed area will not change in color when exposed to sun and tattooing tends to fade over time.
