Lump on inner thigh??

I realized I had a sore spot on my thigh, very near the bikini line but not on it. The skin there is normal and it is not noticable that anything is wrong from looking at it. I pressed the spot that is sore and it feels hard underneath the skin and fixed. The pain from pressing it was extrodinary.

I don't think this is an ingrown hair, pimple or boil. I thought it might be a sore lymph node or a cyst, but no other nodes are swollen or sore and I am not sick. It is reasonably painful to press.

I have had this bump for a while maybe a whole year and it has never caused discomfort untill I recently pressed on it. The bump also has recently started to form kind of a head and sends a shoop stabbing feeling when touched roughly. Does you have any idea what this might be?

Possibly a sebaceous cyst,now infected.
