Lump on lip

A few years ago I had several warts on my hands and feet. I treated them for a while with salicylic acid, but it didn't really work. Then one day, they just started shrinking. All of them disappeared completely in a matter of a couple days.

I've had this sore type thing on my lower lip for over a year (?) and I had always assumed that the warts had spread and that it was just one of them (and would go away eventually). But now I'm not so sure...
The "wart" is barely visible on the surface - just looks like a slightly lighter white circle. Not even noticeable to the general public. However, the surface is not quite as smooth as the rest of my lips (though not nearly as rough as the other warts I had). And when I bite down on that area of my lip, I can feel that there is a mass BELOW the surface. I don't know if that's a wart, swelling, an infection, cancer or what! When I squeeze the area (I only did this recently...and admittedly probably shouldn't be doing it), a clear fluid (puss?) comes out. This never happened with my hand/foot warts...

Anyway, I've ignored it until now, but feel like maybe I should be concerned about mysterious lumps. Any help/ideas are appreciated. Thanks!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,

I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be a cyst, scar tissue, heaped epithelium, wart or malignancy.

In my opinion,a dermatologist’s evaluation will be the best to confirm the diagnosis.

Hope it helps. Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries. Kind regards.
