Lumps On my penis

Hello,
I noticed what seems to be a lump / cysts on my penis. it seems to have opened, like a pocket, exposing white matter inside.  I have heard that cysts are not uncommon round the head and shaft of the penis but can they open ?  Should I follow-up on this or yes let it be.  Also does this sound consistant with a cyst.

I have noticed a lump around the head approx 10mm in circumference. It is hard and unedr the skin. Is this consistent with a cyst.

Hi ..I have little bumps on the part near the shaft.  Its white little bumps that i tried to squeeze but woudlnt work.  I am scared.  What shoudl i DO>?

there's like little pimples on the shaft. some can pop and  white stuff comes out. some are little lumps. what can i do?

No cause known, can't be avoided.  If they bother you, though, they can be removed.  Larger ones are indeed normal.

Just a little more info please.  What is the cause of these cysts ?  can they be removed or avoided ? And lastly I have some that are "large" 2mm and some that are in patches/groups and are very tiny,  is that normal ?

Yup, it sure sounds like a cyst.  They can indeed open up and let white matter out.  It's best to leave them alone.  They cause no harm.
