Lumps on nose

Hi, I have large pores on my nose which seem not to have anything in them but Im getting lumps on my nose now.  My mum has a 'lumpy' nose too and every so often bits of skin peel off it.  Im wondering whether its hereditary and if not, can I get my nose 'scrapped' to remove the uneven skin and hopefully no more open pores either?

Do you have a set facial regime? Generally you need to
1. Cleanse
2. Tone
3. Treat
4. Moisturize
In order to have a perfect pH level you need to do this twice a day (morning and evening). Never, ever sleep in your makeup. Keep face wipes by your bed if you are too tired to clean your face at night.

It doesn't sound like you need your face scraped, but you could try a glycolic peel. They sell them over the counter, if you want a more intense one go to a salon. You could also try a good exfoliator. NEVER use an exfoliator at the same time you are using a glycolic peel. You will damage your skin.

There are also specific serums that are made to help shrink pores. These are considered treatments and go in step 3. My suggestion would be to go find a beauty advisor from the brand of your choice to help you figure out what products to use. I use Boots No7.

i would try to cleanse your face with a cleanser and then close the pores with cold water or cold cream. if not you could always go to your dermatologist and see what they say. Good luck :)
