Lumps on parts of body

Hi,
I recently took an allergic reaction to Fabric Softener where my skin become irritated and i had to itch all the time. then i noticed a lump on the back of my leg which when irritated become itchy so i itched it and it popped. i then have found one on my armpit and then 4 on my penis and 4 on my scortum. i went to the doctors and was prescribed anti boitics which was a 7day course and didnt clear it up so i went back and now im currently on doxycylin, iv just finished my 1st week course and the ones on my armpit and leg seem to be gettign smaller but the ones on my penis seem to be still there, the head on them on my penis become dry and i had picked them and clear serum had come out and it scabs over but the area swells up quit quickly. then i noticed a few more have appeared and 2 lumps have disappeared.

i got prescribed steriod cream to put on the area which im doing about 3 or 4 times a day and its really getting me upset due to the fact that i have lumps on my body which the doctors both said its not an STI/STD but the lumps just seem to be there. i notcied a small folicle of skin 2 days ago become swollen and by the next day has turned into one of the se lumps.

can somone help me out
