Lumps upper lips after restylane procedure

Almost a month ago, i had restylane upper and lower lips procedure taken. I have two big lumps and one small lump in my upper lips..They look visible especial one of them in my right side...its looks clear lumps like is some liquid retaine, but my doctor who did the procedure he put a niddle to see if  it was liquid comming out, but nothing happened, so he told me just to wait to see if goes down by itself..It had been almost one week after seen the doctor.
Please,
Need some information about it...should i get worried and look for another doctor or just wait?
