Lumps with brachioradial pruritis

Does anyone else find they have tiny lumps in their itchy area?  I am not sure if I am creating them by scratching so much, or if they are connected at all.  It is like a severe stinging in the tiny lump which as you all know is quite unbearable.  I am in Australia which is now becoming quite hot, but I itched all through a cold winter.

Let me add. LSC(Lichen Simplex Chronicus) is also known as neurodermatitis and is indeed a 'lumpy' condition but in a circumscribed area.

"Neurodermatitis"-Your doc would be able help you with a steroid creme (for a short period). Brachio-radial pruritus is totally different with deep itch, pain-without rash.
