Major skin irritation, is this a rash? Need help!

http://postimg.org/image/sihqi0qgr/
(Taken hours ago but its worse now, spreading to my back and to groin.

Age:17 years old
Been happening for 3-4 days
Where: My stomach, arms, neck, thighs itch.
Medical history:Nothing major.

I'm going to see the doctor when they open but this just formed 3-4 days ago and I can't stop scratching. First time this has happened so it's kind of surprising. It started out at the stomach area and branched out towards my crotch area, my neck and then to both my arms. I'm not sure if it's because the things I put on my body such as sunblock, body wash, and baby oil (I only started using baby oil after swimming with sunblock to make my skin less dry and I suspect that is the culprit). However, I'm not sure how it would have spread to my crotch area.
Any at home remedies to soothe this kind of annoyance as I wait to consult my doctor?

May look bad, but not serious, though.

Looks like urticaria. Try application of Calamine lotion, cetrizine 1 tab at bedtime.Could feel sleepy, don't drive after medication.
