Man with red lips and evenbrighter red lips when eating just about ANYTHING

About 1-2 years ago my lips have become dry. i bought a lip balm and it healed my lips in an instant. soon after i had red and dry lips, but when i used the lip balm the redness is just highlighted rather than healed. I've tried all sorts of lip balms not to mention Vaseline, Lucas Papaw ointment and regular moisturizing cream. Nothing seems to work anymore. my lips don't really peel but they do feel dry and are very red. About 6 months ago whenever i eat just about anything my lips would turn extremely bright red. this has been going on to this day. I'm unable to eat in public anymore because I'm afraid my lips will attract too much attention. i don't lick my lips and drink plenty of water everyday. Sometime i would get a mild burning sensation on my lips. I'm a 17 year old male residing in Australia and nearly beginning my job interviews, i hope there is a solution for my troublesome lips and hope to hear from anyone in this community that may know a way to help me. thank you for your time. HELP!
