I too have had a strange breakout on my penis that occurs when there is friction. I do have herpes, so I know what that looks like and feels like. I had not had a breakout for maybe 2 years. Then a couple weeks ago after masterbating (masturbating) the next day my penis was covered with open red sores that looked or felt nothing like a herpes breakout. No blisters, no tingling, just a bunch of small red sores. Then it happened again this weekend after some sexual activity. It seems now that almost every time I have any kind of friction it creates these red sores that clear up in a day or 2. Help! Thank you.
