Melanoma in situ

I just had a melanoma in situ removed a month ago and my scar is so small.  I worry it's not a big enough area because I've seen a lot of people on line with melanoma in situs where their wound was quite large.  I know the doctor got clear margins, but the scar is only about 3/4's of an inch.  The mole itself was jagged but probably the body of it was a little over 6mm plus the jags.

You should not be worried about this as your doctor must have decided the best possible for your case.

If you are still not convinced it would help to review with your doctor and clear out the doubts that you have.
