Mild Folliculitis help

Any advice? What am I doing wrong for these not to be gone after two months?

Just when they seem to be clearing, a few more pop up albeit tiny. Stopped using cream, thinking it may be better to try and get the balance on my skin better another way.

Thank you for your help. Is it possible that high stress levels / cortisol could be preventing my immune system from dealing with it properly?

The anti bacterial soap seems to be paying off as it has improved greatly and on the verge of going now. I appreciate all your help in advance.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
For folliculitis, Keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. If the symptoms persist then get oral antibiotics prescribed.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
