Minoxidil and Collagen

I have using Minoxidil for a month now.  Many people on health forums are mentioning that they have increased wrinkles and circles under eyes since using minoxidil.  The products due not meniton any of these side effects.  Is there any confrimation that minoxidil inhibits collagens production.  I am worried that I trying fix my hair loss and in turn creating another problem.  Please help.

According to one of the journals of medscape, it has been shown that minoxidil suppressed activity of the enzyme lysyl hydroxylase in human skin fibroblast cultures at concentrations down to 25 µmol L,-1 leading to production of a collagen deficient in hydroxylysine. But this study is not in humans but on experimental animals.

So till as substantial research is done on humans, nothing can be said. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
