Misery from Poison Ivy

Ten days ago I was exposed to poison ivy in a big way. I spent 3 days clearing ground cover in my yard. Yes, my body is screaming with itch, some discomfit, pain. I saw my MD and now am on Predinisone. Question: is there ANYTHING I can take OTC or with an Rx to get some SLEEP at night? The itch, the Prednisone (racing heart rate) and the oral antihystemin (sp?) are all keeping me up...in misery. Any thoughts? The longest I go is about 2-3 hours and then cannot fall back. I have no other sleep issues. Heeeeelp!
