Mole Removal Question

Hello,

I have a few small moles on my chest.  They are only 1 or 2mm and they are raised a little bit.  I would like to get them removed (I know they are small and not a big deal but they bother me and I am willing to pay for the removal).

I was wondering though, do those mole/wart removal creams that you always see advertised online really work?  The ones like Dermatend and Wart & Mole Vanish are what I am talking about.  Because I have 6 moles that I would like to remove and I don't know if the doctor is going to agree to remove them even if I am willing to pay for it.  I want to get an opinion about these removal products first though because if they really do work I may not even have to see my doctor.
