Mole Removal

I have 4 moles: 2 above my left upper lip, 1 on the side of my right nostril and 1 high on my forehead.
The two moles above my upper lip are completely flat and the two other moles are slightly raised
These moles bother me to an extreme degree and really alter my self confidence...
Is there any way i can remove these moles while attaining solid cosmetic results? Can lasers remove the moles with the least amount of scarring? I am skeptical to pay a 100 dollar consultation fee to be turned to the door.
