Mole came off

Hello,
About 3 days ago i developed a pimple right next or maybe even underneath a birthmark on my chin. By mistake thinking its a pimple and forgetting about the birthmark I squeezed it out. After few hours I realized that the birthmark became bloody and inflated. Today while washing my face the birth mark fell off leaving no scar, or any resemblance of birthmark ever being there! Just plain skin... Should I go to the doctor? I had this mole since birth. It was few mm big, with a small black 1mm dot on it and hair always growing out of it. Is it dangerous? i heard it could be cancerous.. Please let me know. Thank you!
