Mole on back

I am 57 years old, and I have just noticed a mole on my back.  It is something between oval and circular, about 5mm in diameter, red with a pin-sized black spot and a little brown section next to it in the middle,and unlike my other moles it is raised. It does not have any jagged borders and it is neither irritating nor painful.  I have only noticed it within the last week.  Do you believe this is anything to be alarmed about?

No, it sounds normal enough.
