Mole or Wart?? Please Help

I went to the doctor about 8 months ago because I noticed small flat looking moles and one that had grown in size.  So she visually examined my penis and told me that they were moles growing. She told me that the guranteeed and that she could refer me to a dermatologist.  I told the doctor taht i trusted her..  She told me that many guys go in and think they have an std, but she said that they were just moles.  I noticed more growing so should i be worried?  I think i've counted like 10 around mostly on my base of the penis. Im paranoid.  Should I go back?  They don't itch, bother me at all, and have no discharge. Please your help would put me at ease.
