Mole w/black spots

I have had a mole on my right side of my chest, close to the breast. It hasn't changed much in size or in color and I have had this mole since I was a little girl. The other day I noticed there were black/brown dots inside of the mole. The mole is a raised mole and looks like it has small pores inside of it. I used tweezers to extract some of these "blackheads" from the mole. I am just wondering if anyone has heard of this happening before or if it something I should be worried about. I made an appointment to see my dermatologist, but that is in a couple of weeks. If anyone has any information about this, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

Any changes in the mole's appearance or the ABCDEs of melanoma: asymmetry, border, color, diameter or elevation) warrants further evaluation. At this point, try to avoid manipulating the mole to prevent more harm.
