Mole with change

I have a mole on my belly that has changed. It is raised and has a black spot with hair in the middle. The hair and black spot was not there before. During the summer time usually it is irritated and starts to bleed due to scratching. I have went to dermatologist five years ago and he had said if it changes to come back or wait until he thinks its risky. So I never thought about it until the other day when I saw that it has changed because my mother also notice a change. So I made an appointment with a new dermatologist because I have different health insurance and I go next week. Also I was wear a tank top during our heat wave and my mother notice a brown mark that has gotten bigger. It has spreaded towards my middle back. I think it just a birth mark but she said she didn't think so. I will have that check just to calm her. My aunt had the same mole but on her cheek and it was cancerous. It had to be removed. Should I just tell her to take it out as a precaution,if she said to wait and see?  I think it can be a common mole that is not dangerous but to be safe I wil get it checked.

I have a question about the brown mark on my back.  Can this be becasuse of high histamine levels or can it be from birth control. Its brown blotches spread towards my middle back and the area gets itchy, red, irratated and raised. I saw my primary md and said possible and see the dermatogist for conformation. What kind of medication do they use for this? Would this be oral medication or tropical cream for high histamine? I just want to get a heads up about this being that I can not take oral meds due to stomach and intestinal problem and if I really need to take oral meds then I need to contact my gi specialist so he can give me antinausea med to take with the oral medication.

Hi,
A basic reference chart used for consumers to spot suspicious moles is found in the mnemonic, A-B-C-D. The letters stand for Asymmetry, Border, Color and Diameter.[9] Sometimes, the letter E (for Elevation) is added. According to the American Academy of Dermatology, if a mole starts changing in size, color, shape or, especially, if the border of a mole develops ragged edges or becomes larger than a pencil eraser, it would be an appropriate time to consult with a physician. Other warning signs include a mole, even if smaller than a pencil eraser, that is different than the others and begins to crust over, bleed, itch, or becomes inflamed. The changes may indicate developing melanomas. The matter can become clinically complicated because mole removal depends on which types of cancer, if any, comes into suspicion.

You need to visit a dermatologist and get it evaluated.
