Mole

At the age of 18 I developed a raised mole on the back of my calf. It at one lime fell off however reapperaed over time. I am currently 29 years old and as of the last two days I have noticed that the area around the mole itches and the mole is cracking and flaking? The mole is a dark browish gray color and about the size of a pea. Is this something I need to get check out? Also I have notice that I suddenly have brown feckles on the soles of my feet, is this something that I need to see a dermatologist for? Should I be worried?
