Moles on skin

I am 27 yr old. I have a few raised moles on my body 1 on my neck that's raised slightly and has a normal round appearance to me that has stayed the same size since I was a child. I also have 2 under my left arm pit that have appeared within the last 6 months they are slightly raised yet smaller then a pencil head which hasn't increased any further in size then when I first noticed them. I'm a red head, light skin, freckles and burn easily. I don't seem to have any symptoms of melanoma and they are of normal brown tan in color. I currently do not have health insuranceI just don't know if I should worry or If it could be just a simple as "just a mole" does the pharmacy carry anything over the counter to remove such cosmetic issue without having to pay out of pocket to see a Dermatologist? Thanks in advance for any replies.

Thanks for your reply. There hasn't been any change in any of them. There doesn't appear to be any others popping up.. As I dont have any ins. at this time its hard to get an exact diagnosis but for now I will just monitor the situation and if anything new develops with them seek medical attention for them. Thanks again.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms these look like small moles rather than melanoma. Melanoma has an irregular border, is asymmetrical, uneven color and increasing in size. If you notice changes in the mole's/mark’s color, height, size or shape, you should have a dermatologist evaluate it. You also should have it checked if it bleeds, oozes, itches, appear scaly, or become tender or painful. Otherwise it should be left as such.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
