Molluscum, Ingrown Hairs or Acne

I'll preface this by saying that I just graduated from college and don't have insurance, otherwise I'd have gone to a doctor by now.

Lately I've noticed weird pimple-like bumps in my genital area. They're pretty small and look like they have a whitehead on  them.  They're around my genitals and on my inner thigh. I thought they were pimples as I used to have chronic acne. I was put on Accutane a few years ago which cleared me up but now the acne is coming back slightly. So I thought they were just pimples.

They seemed to be pretty constant for acne, though. I looked closer and noticed that almost all of them had a hair coming out the middle. So, I then decided they must be ingrown hairs. The thing is, I don't shave my pubic hair so I didn't think that made much sense.

I looked on-line and thought they might be Molluscum. But if molluscum spreads by touch, wouldn't it make sense that they would be on my genitals by now, not just around them?

They really do look like pimples with a hair coming out the middle. When they break there is an outline of dead skin around the base and the bump itself is red.

Is there any sure way to tell is they're molluscum, ingrown hairs or acne?
