Molluscum Contagiosum

I am 18 year old freshman in college. Year ago i had unprotected sex with a girl who i'm not at all certain was clean or not. The next morning i woke with a small red irritated bump (white at the tip) on the underside of the shaft of my penis. I have many sebacious cysts down there and after some research convinced myself i had nothing to worry about. Eventually it went down. Now i have been dating the same girl for 6 months and we have been regularly having sex. There have been times when that same bump has appeared so i figured it was just a irritable sebacious cyst, Until about a week ago when the thing got much bigger than it ever had, so i went to the student health center. They werent sure but said it could possibly be molluscum conagiosum. I got back to my dorm and reexamined it and just barely rubbed the tip of the bump and a mixture of pus and blood came pouring out. Before it was dark and purplish about the size of a small pea, now it lies flat and pink with a slight dimple in the center. The physician at the health center said it was rare to see just one bump of molluscum but i read that they usually are dimpled. I'm freaking out and dont know if i should tell my girlfriend, im scared she'll be mad that i never said anything sooner. Help

put it to her as what it is a skin virus and go w that they can be frozen off in one visit and poof gone

From the symptoms it looks like sebaceous cysts rather than molluscum lesions because molluscum lesions autoinoculate and present as multiple bumps rather than a single bump.  A sebaceous cyst is a closed sac occurring just under the skin which contains a "pasty" or "cheesy" looking substance called keratin. Blocked sebaceous glands, swollen hair follicles and excessive testosterone production will cause such cysts.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
