Molluscum from mutual masturbation

Is it possible to get molluscum from masturbating another male and then masturbating myself immediately with the same hand.  This happened 2 1/2 months ago, and is the only sexual contact i've had in over a year.  I've recently noticed 2 small, totally painless bumps on my penis shaft that I don't think where there before and i'm quite worried.  I know it can't be anything more serious (i.e. herpes, syphilis) and they don't look like warts at all.  The only thing it could be is molluscum, but can molluscum even been transmitted this way?

Molluscum contagiosum is a common, benign, self limiting viral infection of the skin. In adults, molluscum infections are transmitted by skin contact and can transmit from one site to other skin sites by autoinoculation. Treatment includes physical destruction or manual extrusion of the lesions, cryotherapy, and curettage.
