Seen MD at PP clinic and no biopsy was done ... it was suggested I come back in two months to see if any changes have occured.  Small lesions/skin tags mirror other parts of body in which I have several.

Now I am worried again... I still don't know if I have been exposed to warts, I am scared to make love to my long time partner and I am loosing sleep over this. It's been seven months since possible exposure. He swears there is have never been any problems with him or his wife.

I read in other forum about condoms offering some protection and incubation period varies from months to years.

I am a female should I make a another appointment with a derm doctor, so I can get a definitive diagnosis or will they refer me back to the gyn doctor.

Sound paranoid, yes...but rather know than not know

There is no way you can know for sure.  But if your contact had no visible warts, and your doctors don't see any warts, it's really time to forget about this and move on.  There's no evidence that condoms prevent exposure, but they're the best you can do.

Take care.
