Mouth/Neck pimples or rash

Ocassionally I will get tons of tiny oil pimples around my mouth area. It does doesn't itch or burn. But they come in abundance. When they go away my skin is clear. Recently, it has been happening more and more frequently. Where it used to be twice a year, it seems to be happening every other week. This last time they came on my neck and chest area. If I pop them, a tiny puss comes out - not a white head and there is never any blood like a typical pimple.
