Mucha-Habermann disease

I was diagnost with Lymphomatoid Papulosis when I was 25. The treatment was Methotrexate. Antibioctics and steriod cream didn't work. I can't take anything in the tetracycline family. Last year I was diagnost with Mucha-Habermann. When I was diagnost with Lyp I lived in Phila., Pa and the pathlogist was located at the University of Penn. I now live in West Virginia and there aren't many specialist in the area. The doctor I did see here tried using tetracycline, monocycline and dorxy along with steriod cream. Again this did not work. I don't feel confident with this doctor so it has gotten to the point where I don't know what to do. Should I leave it alone and if I did can it turn back into Lyp. again? I know you get MH before you develope Lyp. So I am confused as to what is going on. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
