Diagnosis is usually through pjysical examination of the lesions. It is best that you have him evaluated by a specialist or a dermatologist for proper diagnosis. Medical treatments include: minor surgery, curettage or laser ablation, cryotherapy or ImiquimodImiquimod topical cream. If dermatitis is present, this may be treated with hydrocortisone cream. Take care and regards.
