I really dunno where to start
Ok for starters i think the blood has stopped flowing to my penis
My balls are really dry
And the skin of the tip of my penis is swollen
My balls and penis have pins and needles (the numbness you get in your foot)
Ive used lotion ive used anything to get rid of itching so all i can think of is that its pin and needles and the blood flow has stopped.
I went as far as to shave my balls but it didn't help watsoever
Im not sure if this is a place to ask these questions but i haven't gotten any answer from anyone else
Doctors in england tend to make you have an appointment and in my condition i cant even move from my seat if i do then ill itch like mad
Whenever i itch the place which itches it gets really bad it feels as if there are cats clawing at my balls.
I punched the door and walls to make my mind focus on a different pain which helped for 5minutes and those were the best 5minutes of my life..
Im not sure what illness or disease this is, but i would appreciate any expert help, i have an appointment at monday i have no idea how im going to endure walking to my bus stop, going on the bus for 20minutes and keep a straight face and my anger stable
I have no idea what it is, im guessing they are gonna make me have some surgery...but at least can one of you experts tell me what exactly will happen in the surgery, what illness do you think this may be and is there a risk of losing my balls and penis and maybe dying? Sorry im really afraid.
Thank you if you have read this and replied
From the intensity of itching, two possibilities are there. First is of eczema and the second possibility is of a fungal infections. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. You can take some OTC oral antihistamine medications like Benadryl or Claritin for the itching.
For mild-moderate eczema a weak steroid may be used (e.g. hydrocortisone as dermacort), whilst more severe cases require a higher-potency steroid (e.g. clobetasol propionate, fluocinonide). Eczema can be exacerbated by dryness of the skin. Use good quality moisturizers to prevent moisture loss from the skin.
If still the symptoms do not improve then please get a clinical examination done by a dermatologist. I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
And the third is Allergic contact dermatitis.
Right doc? Isn't possible that it is that?
And the contact me his new underwear he may have gotten when this started. Polyester in the underwear. Isn't that a possibility doc? Allergy to polyester? And why do you never mention that? Is very real! But I need to ask, because there is no redness, shrinkage of the sac and penis.
I read so many cases like this on this site it is crazy. And not one was told it may be the underwear they are using. Not one. Gee, that is what touches them all day. So if they are reacting, isn't that one of the first things to look at? I could be wrong doc. You tell me. and one of the easiest things to do 1st. Wear all cotton clothing and underwear. What can it hurt. Dude, do this. I had this same thing only my sac and penis stayed very shunken and never relaxed. And man do I know how he feels. He needs to be given every possibility here. This is a living nightmare! It is easy to figure it is just itching. Until your own privates itch like mad. And if this IS it dude, then sitting makes your short press up against your sac even more. And even if your underwear is all cotton, there is polyester in all threads and thus you would be wearing boxers for they have the fly in the front, and seam down the middle, which are both stitched with polyester. I know doctors all seem to go easier toward fungal. Always! Because it has a fix that is quick. prescribe a cream and your done? Why do they not like to suggest ACD?
Why would you choose those two things first????
I mean contact dermatitis has dry and even flaking dry, And itching. Don't you think that the odds are greater that he came down with one thing, instead of two seperate at the same time?
To come down with eczema and a fungal infection at the same time is not as likely right?
And I may be wrong here doc but isn't keeping clean the thing that prevents fungul inf.? And thus should I be asking him how often he showers to help determine the odds of that against,,,
Never mind. Each doctor has his favorite that they lean towards! And your sure isn't allergy to the clothing they just bought.
And it should be. For most underwear are 100 % cotton. But not all. And that said, they could have always worn all cotton till now. And got some new ones that contained 25% polyester.
Sorry doc, but the patient comes first here.
You are not the one whos balls are itching like mad. He is!
Oh gee, I see he has numbness too!
Another effect of allergic contact dermatology!
You never had this huh doc? It is easier to see when it happened to you.
And whenever you don't mention this to these people who come here with or another very possible ACD, I am going to be right here to do it after your post!
Darn, I forgot the link for you man. Sorry. Here it is. There are a few pages out of the 15 here that show Allergic contact dermatitis on a mans privates. See all pages because it varies some from person to person and severity.
Copy and paste this link in your browser and hit enter.
From page 8-15 guy
Actually doc, you mention contact dermatitis once in a while.
But you never mention Allergic contact dermatology! And they are not the same.
The term contact dermatitis sometimes is used incorrectly as a synonym for allergic contact dermatitis (ACD). Contact dermatitis is inflammation of the skin induced by chemicals that directly damage the skin (see Contact Dermatitis, Irritant) and by specific sensitivity in the case of allergic contact dermatitis. Allergic contact dermatitis is inflammation of the skin manifested by varying degrees of erythema, edema, and vesiculation. It is a delayed type of induced sensitivity (allergy) resulting from cutaneous contact with a specific allergen to which the patient has developed a specific sensitivity.
I have a feeling the reason is that you knew of CD but not ACD.
So when someone may have spilled a chemical on themselves you say it may be CD. And out of 50 post on this site like this one, where it looks and sounds like ACD you say fungal or eczema. Because you didn't know of ACD.
And reading all the posts I saw that not one guy with this issue has found relief here! Not one. And because you were missing this doc. And no one else here knew either. You see doc. I AM needed here.
I was too lazy to read what you said anyway
About the cream and lotion i used that, did nothing watsoever it made it itch more
I already told you its a blood flow issue, i was sercemsized at birth and at the tip of the penis there is some skin below it hard to explain, the skin there has double in size, my balls feel numb unless i move or even when i don't move, whenever i spray water in the shower on it, i cant feel anything on my balls not even on really hot water, Whenever i move i get pins and needles in my penis and my balls but still no rashes or any signs of spots except hair spots.
ok simple man i read thru all your posts and the alergic (allergic) reaction is the closest to my symptons and looks except the crackly skin on the tip but i have some crackly skin but not alot.
Ok the biggest chance is alergic (allergic) reaction soo can anyone tell me what will happen at the doctors? Will there be a remedy or do i wait it out or do i have surgery or what?
Yeah me. Well I can only give an educated guess.
Doctors go by key symtoms (symptoms) and relate it to what they studied. And they go by the past. Now this has always been treated as eczema or fungal infection. And they believe they have had the best success possible. And because "this is going to blow their minds but" the heavy cream they have been prescribing all these years for fungal infection has brought some relief so they will probably say that. But, and here is what will blow their minds, if they allow themself to think they may have been wrong all this time and also the schools they learned from. But the heavy creams they use for the fungal infection that doesn't even exit and has always been ACD, has been heavy enough to provide a barrier between the penis and the polyester. Thus protecting it from reacting. And so it starts to heal for it is no longer being exposed to the poly.
This doesn't take a genius to figure out. All it takes is the kind of mind that isn't so busy absorbing and remembering so many things at once in college, and being so busy working trying to pay off the loans, that they actually never have time to think of their own original things. And they can't be creative for they are bound to tell you what they learned in college and and could get sued by practicing anything else, so why bother coming up with your own solutions.
Anyhow. The cream will help you. But not for it being anti fungal. What is that stuff, called heavy white, for diper rash. That is thick enough to work.
But if this doctor says that you are allergic to your boxers, I will pee myself! And when you ask him if it could be that, he has to answer on what he was taught. And won't want to take chance of being wrong case it is, so he will say it is highly unlikely, or very unlikely, not likely. Whichever one he says, that will mean that he will not act like it is or treat you as that. The creams have eased peoples symptoms on this site. but not because they had fungus. But these doctors here and all over the world. Don't know this. And will never except it. For that means they were wrong and so were the schools. Thus this will remain forever.
Even if a doctor believed me or a few here,,, They have more credibility maybe but they will be up against the whole system and never win either. I just feel bad because just this forum alone, is over 50% ACD, with 0 % getting more than a little relief. So many people itching like mad. I was told I had a fungal once when it was scabies. And my brother in law had to save me there. He knew the second he saw one on my arm. One bump and he knew. Doctors usually get into a practice of doing the same for all patients with similar condition. And they stay with that, for they can't afford to take chances. Like me or you can.
All you have to do it test yourself. Very easy to do, and you will know in no time at all.
Go to the store and buy polyester filling for pillows and other stuff. it is 100%. And a thin thread even 100% "and it is not" doesn't bring fast or much reaction, compared to a wider area. So this filling will make you react much more much faster if you are allergic. Another thing you want to do is make sure it presses on your hard too. For this increases it immensely also. Say you take a handful of it, and put it in the crease of your elbow where they stick needles. Blood vessels are close to surface there too. It might help some. And pull your hand up to your shoulder closing it in the fold tightly. Heck, have pillows right there right? cut the end open a bit, and then duct tape it back. Well, you aren't going to want to use it once you test.
This will take less than 30 minutes and save you money. Or you will have to go to so many doctors before you get recommended to an allergist. And that is only way to see one, well, you get the picture. Do I have a daring taker here? You can do it! ha ha smile
Luckily, I found a doctor who is testing the cream being a barrier only theory on me in tomorrow morning. And this great mistake the medical society has made will be corrected soon. New doctors will be taught to treat this as ACD after that and old doctors will be notified with their regular pamphlets.
Seeing I am the only one maybe in the USA that reacts instantly, I am the perfect person to test on. Because ACD is a delayed allergic reaction. Many hour delay before any eruption occurs. I erupt instantly! Is why I am disabled now. So bad, that if it gets any worse, I am going to have to live in one of those bubbles. And the doctor I saw said this may happen as my immune changes somewhere in my 50's or 60's.
I am 46 now so I don't have long!
ok the swelling has gone down but its still itchy but the itching sensation is probably from shaving my balls lol. but the pins and needles sensation has gone down sufficiently but i just noticed theres alot of skins dying on my balls and penis it feels like..when your skin dies on your foot and a new patch of skin appears. Im just guessing that its recovering now and getting rid of the dead skin cells i can now feel my balls again and the swelling has gone down its still itchy and ill stay at home for 5days until its save enough to start walking to college again.
