My face smells like onions

by vince645, Sep 28, 2008 06:27PM
I have very dehydrated facial skin that I cannot find a cure for. Throughout the day my face gets progressively tighter and more "leathery" feeling. As the dehydration progresses it becomes accompanied with an onion smell that  becomes stronger  and coincides with the level at which my skin feels dehydrated. I have tried oils, hylira, glycolic acids, retin,  various moisturizers, both oil free and emulsions, and a variety of cleansers for dehydrated skin. Nothing works. Im now looking into procedures that might aid my skin in retaining moisture. If anyone has any suggestions on what procedures or products might help, what could be causing this dehydration and how i can correct this problem, and what the onion smell is, I would appreciate it.
                           thank you
