My head is filled with pimples?

I have a lot of pimples on my head. I tried Grapeseed oil and it took all the puss out from inside and my pimples filled with puss. Then I treated it with tea tree. However it is better but it never stops. The pimples become with a crust on top and even though I take showers regularly, it doesn't help. Twice per week I put tea tree oil on the pimples but I think it doesn't help anymore. Because they come back and back and when you scratch it looks like dandruff. They sometimes itch and it's very uncomfortible. I dont know what else to do. I looked everywhere. I think this might be untreatable but if you can help. Please do. THANKS

From the symptoms it looks like scalp folliculitis. It is characterised by small, very itchy pustules within the scalp. Please keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also use a mild or antidandruff shampoo. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case.
