My penis' skin got wrinkled up after masturbating with a soap and is this fixable?
I ran out of lotion to masturbate and so I used dettol (the soap) to masturbate and the day after my penis' skin went different as if it's wrinkled like never before. the skin isn't as tight as before after using that soap, is this fixable?

I'm not a guy, so I really don't know anything about this- but I would imagine that the soap may dry you out a bit? It's likely not a permanent condition, but call your doctor if you are concerned.
