My skin become red and itchy. The red color is all over my body now but before this I had a on and off fever.

The symptoms can be due to a viral infection or hives. Treatment options include oral antihistaminics like Benadryl and Claritin or non sedating antihistaminics like zyrtec, topical steroids for skin rashes and itching and oral steroids in more severe cases. I would suggest you to consult a dermatologist if the symptoms are severe.
