I have brought this up to several doctors with no real answers.What could cause this problem?My blood pressure stays regular at 120/130 over 90/80.I turn quite red when lifting.I also blush easily.Some one once told me this is because my blood vessels are so close to my outer skin level,but I do not believe that.Is this some sort of disease or skin condition that can be treated?My skin color is fine otherwise.There must be some one out there with some answer.can someone help or point me in the right direction for some help?

There are many people like you who blush and flush easily. Trigger factors include heat, emotion, alcohol, caffeine, and spices. This is not a disease, just the way some people's skin and vessels work. Others who see the redness often comment, which makes people like you self-conscious. There is no "treatment" per se--you just decide which triggers are worth avoiding. Some people use green-tinted makeup to hide the redness, which may or not make sense for you.
People who blush may also get rosacea, but unless you also have pimples, there's no advantage for you to use rosacea medications.
For confirmation, photograph yourself when red and visit a skin doctor.

and i have a question...me and my girlfriend got checked out for all std's and we only had chlymedia...and this is the problem...we have unprotected sex because we are a couple...but my skin in real dry and when we have sex, my skin ripped...and we had sex when we had chlymedia...and my question is, if you have sex like that, is there a way that your penis shaft can get infected and have bumps? because i have many black bumps on my shaft...
so i need some help...be please tell me what i should do...thanks...
I have that problem too and i have for the last couple months. I went to a dermatologist and was prescribed Metronidazole gel 0.75% gel and tetracycline 500mg twice daily. This approach was useless. The diagnosis was Rosacea. The dermatologist changed me over to Erythromycin 500mg twice daily and changed the metronidazole from 0.75% to 1% cream twice daily. Again, this has proven to be ineffective. I went back because I started to develop reddened bumps along the medial aspect of my cheeks; he injected Kenalog, a steroid, intralesionally. I'll be able to tell you in a couple days if this tx works....wish me luck. This sucks.
