My skins is dark!

i am 26years old man. i have a problem, my skin is dark and i want my skin to to be bright and glowing.

i am looking for a solution to make my skin fair.

i want a solution other than surgery. i can use medications to reduce malenine secretions. could anyone throw in some suggestions or some techniques to make my skin for a better looking.

does fruits help fairness ? what fruits are best for fainess?

Does the bleaching of skin help? does regular bleaching create any problems?

my one more concern is that i have dark skin at the *** and between thighs, and around the belly makes it look ugly nude. is there any way to wash of that darkness with few bleaches?
