My son has a rash on his leg

I believe my son (2 years) have rash contact dermatitis.
Can u please check out the pic and let me know what u think?

1. no new food was introduced
2. yes. he is going to a daycare

While I am quite aware the bedbug bites have a linear distribution, with (breakfast lunch and dinner sign) yet the morphology is quite in favor of cimicosis.

Thanks for your reply! I believe u are right on the money.
I took him to the doctor and he does not think its a bedbug bite. He said that bedbug look different.I checked the whole apartment and the car - no trace. I will check the day care this upcoming Monday.
BTW, the doctor prescribe Hyderm Cream 1%.

I would pin my diagnosis on a bedbug bite reaction (Cimicosis).Local application of calamine helps. Do consult doc.
