My son's nails are peeling

Hi

My son is turning 2 in two weeks.   The other day I noticed that it looked like he was going to lose the nail on two of his fingers - although the nails were not black.  They were white but looked jagged.  I didn't recall an injury but fingered at his age it happened when i wasn't looking.  Two days later I noticed that several of his other fingers now had similar issues.  When one of the nails peeled up - there was a perfect new nail underneath.  Last night I looked at the big toe on each of his feet and the same thing is occuring.

He hasn't been sick recently - although he had coxackie around July 8th.  There doesn't look to be any type of visible infection but it has me freaked out.

Anything to be concerned with?
